As you can see on the home page of my website I have begun working with color. I have begun combining copic markers, pastels and pencils to create more depth and texture in my color work. My wife is a fan of the Alphonse Mucha style so I created the portrait "Lara" for her birthday. Actually it was our son and his art lessons in his gifted work that added the last piece of the puzzle to the color work I was trying to accomplish. The second portrait is a commissioned work I titled "Trois Fille". I have always enjoyed placing images within works that will have a special meaning for the person featured in the artwork as in this one with the kangaroo and monkey and fairies. I am working on several other projects and will continue to update
